Cancellation Policy-
Order Cancellation:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained once the order has been processed, dispatched, or communicated to our vendors/service partners. -
Non-Cancellable Items:
Courses, digital products, or downloadable content once accessed or downloaded cannot be cancelled. Similarly, perishable items (if applicable, such as printed materials or merchandise) are non-cancellable once shipped.

In the event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please report it to our Customer Support Team within 7 days of receipt. After verifying the issue, our team will process a suitable replacement or refund as deemed appropriate. -
Service or Course Quality Issues:
If you believe that a course or service received is not as described or does not meet your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 7 days of purchase or access. Our Support Team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision. -
Warranty-Related Complaints:
For any products or services covered under a manufacturer or third-party warranty, customers are requested to contact the respective provider directly for resolution. -
Refund Timeline:
In case a refund is approved by Wake Edison, it will be processed within 1–2 working days to the original payment method used by the customer.
